Production, Purchasing, and Shipping Information

GrassyKnee Creations currently has a 7-14 day turnaround time on all non RTS Items, unless otherwise stated on the listing. PLEASE REFER TO THE LISTING FOR EXACT TAT AS THIS MAY VARY FOR EACH DROP/ITEM. This means that your order will ship between 7-21 Days after you have placed your order, Excluding weekends and Holidays. If you order a RTS item and a non RTS item (Classics, preorders and customs), in the same transaction, they will both ship together at the 14-21 day TAT time. We accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Gpay, Venmo, Sezzle and debit/credit cards.

Please ensure that you have the correct address at the time of checkout. We can not ship to a different address than the one used at checkout or we are not protected as the seller. If you need a different address, we will refund your order and have you place a new order with the correct address. However, if a package is returned, due to be undeliverable because of a change in address (the USPS won't always forward packages to forwarding addresses), you will be responsible for covering the shipping to the new address and no refund will be issued. Please make sure your address is correct! 

All orders are shipped through the USPS First Class or Priority mail.  After your order ships, you will receive notification via email with tracking information.  GrassyKnee Creations is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are given to the USPS. Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed so please double check your address before checking out. 

Even though we do everything in our power to ensure your items are safe in transit, sometimes items may get damaged due to handling during the shipping process. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of your item being delivered for us to help resolve the problem. 

We ship internationally, but the buyer is responsible for international fees, import costs, taxes, and duties.

Returns and Cancellations

Typically, items are unable to be returned, but we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us prior to leaving feedback if you are not 100% satisfied so that we can come to a resolution together. We do our very best to provide quality products for each and every one of our customers using only hardwood and non-toxic paints.

If there is a mistake on our end, we will do everything we can to correct it! If a replacement item is needed, we require the original item to be shipped back. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship your replacement.  

We do not allow cancelations of any orders. ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

Multiple Orders and Coupons

We can not combine orders.  We ship by weight and shipping is now charged by zones so to figure out the difference of each to refund would not be feasible for us. All coupons must be applied at the time of checkout and they cannot be applied to previous purchases. 

Safety

All of the items in our shop are only to be used with adult supervision.  Our items should not be worn/played with in the Car, at nap or bedtime.

Keychains and ornaments are not toys! They are intended for adult use only and have smaller parts that could become choking hazards. By purchasing from GrassyKnee Creations, you agree to assume any liability for any and all items purchased. 

Giveaways 

All giveaway codes are valid for 30 days past the issued date. No exceptions. 

 Add On Orders

All orders with Add on items (name personalization, glitter adds on, etc) have a 2-3 week turnaround time.
